30 Min. Full Body Strength Workout to Build Muscle and Get Stronger with Progressive Overload
Hey my loves 🤍 Welcome to a brand new series and a new focus. Through August we are training to build real strength and muscle, working in supersets, trisets and giant sets. This allows you to build strength inevitably just by showing up! If you can increase your weights in the next weeks, feel free to do so! This first week we start with supersets, two exercises back to back with no rest, then a short break before you go again. Grab a set of medium to heavier dumbbells, I am using five kilos today and recommend a range between 5-10kg. Keep your ankle weights close for the Pilates part at the end, they are optional.
Be the first one to hear about what I’m building. đź¤
