This workout has a mixture of combo movements to maximize muscle engagement throughout the entire workout. We encourage you to use moderate/ heavy weights to challenge yourself. Even though each exercise is timed, we recommend aiming to get 10-15 reps per 40 second interval. Try to use a weight that allows you to maximize the amount of reps that you’re doing.
