Time: 24 minutes (warm-up included) + cooldown
Format: 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest – 3 Rounds

I go hard during each round, then take longer active breaks (2–3 min of walking around & drinking water) to keep my heart rate up without extra effort. I always include the cooldown, even if I modify it with floor stretches or whatever my body needs.🧘‍♀️
