30 Minute Dumbbell x Bodyweight HIIT Workout [DROP SET]
Tap in with us for a HIIT workout that combines dumbbell and bodyweight movements for a full body burn. You need a pair of dumbbells for this workout and we’ll be following a drop set format. Each dumbbell exercise is strength based followed by a bodyweight variation where you can focus higher intensity. This is a great workout to keep the heart rate up and focus on fat burn.
